Why Creating a Sample First is Necessary
Simply put, to make sure you get exactly what you want.
Our team is dedicated to giving you the best experience from start to finish, and it all starts with your plush sample. By creating a sample first, you'll be confident in your bulk order.
During the sample-making process, you get to approve or reject the design and provide feedback for any necessary changes you would like our team to make. This is one of the most important parts of the process, as you will have full control over the outcome of your order. We will never start working on the full bulk order until you approve the sample!
You can choose to approve the sample via the Sneak Peek photos we send you online, or we can send you the physical sample for you to approve. If you have a tight deadline, we recommend approval via photos, as that would allow us to get started on your full order right away vs waiting for you to receive the plush sample.
If you choose to continue with your bulk order by approving your Sneak Peek photos (sent to you via email), we will apply a $150 credit to your bulk order.
