Sample Order Tips for Your Custom Plush
We know how important your order is to you and our team wants to help make the entire process as efficient and enjoyable as possible. When it comes to expediting the process of creating a custom plush sample, here are tips to ensure a smoother and faster experience:
#1. Have Sufficient Images of the Design Ready
Alongside design documentation (ie. measurements and colors), provide clear, high-quality images of the design you want to create. These images should showcase the toy's front, back, sides, and any intricate details. Having these images readily available eliminates the need for back-and-forth communication and ensures our designers have a clear visual reference.
#2. Specify Materials and Finishes
Clearly state the materials and finishes you want for your plush sample. This includes fabric types (e.g., faux furs, plush, felt), colors, and any additional features like embroidered eyes or printed logos.
#3. Outline Quantity, Budget, and Deadline Expectations:
If you have certain requirements, it's important to know that upfront. This helps your project manager plan the production schedule accordingly, and determine if sea vs. air shipment is a better option, among other things that might impact your order.
#4. Communicate Special Requirements Early:
If your plush toy has unique features or requires specific testing, communicate these requirements early in the process. This helps your project managers make necessary arrangements, ensuring your sample order complies with all regulations and quality standards.
At the end of the day, the more information you provide upfront, the quicker we can understand your vision. Inadequate or unclear design specifications can lead to misunderstandings, which often result in multiple iterations and revisions, delaying the process.
